Even though my sunglasses took a little longer than expected to get back, I am 100% satisfied with the results. I was kept up to date as to the reasons for the delay, and the customer service was top-notch. I would much rather have a product arrive a little late and in perfect condition then I would get a pair of glasses back that were just satisfactory. I would definitely use their services again.

I got two pairs of oakleys prescription glasses replacement lenses. They took a while but it was worth it. One pair came back excellent, but my blenders just seemed a little off. I mentioned it in a post and Zach from customer service actually called me at home to find out what the issue was. They went out of their way to make it right. And when I was unable to install the new replacement lines my self they had me send them back and they put them in. I think they made another set of lenses and put them in. I got them back and they are great. Highly recommend Fuse for replacement lenses
I have a high index prescription which has kept me from getting most of the glasses/sunglasses that I would really like to have! Not this time...thankfully I found you after many hours of searching online! Thank you for making me a very happy girl. I love my Ray-Ban sunglasses with Carbon Mirror lenses! I have gotten a ton of compliments on them. I have already placed an order for a second pair of lenses :)
