What's included in the No-Nonsense Warranty

All Fuse Sunglasses include a lifetime, 1-time replacement warranty, no questions asked! It's like getting two sunglasses for one. Whether your frame is cracked, scratched, or just lost - you're covered!

The warranty also includes a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund for any reason.

For prescription orders, we include a 60-day vision and satisfaction guarantee! If you notice your prescription is inaccurate or you are unhappy with the glasses within that time frame, we will remake your glasses one time at no charge to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards and items returned more than 60-days from the purchase date are ineligible for returns. For items sold as part of a bundle, a partial return may be granted. The refund amount will be equal to the value of the returned product, based on the discounted “bundle” price paid. Fuse Lenses monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

We get a ton of packages, so please do not send your items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number once you have started a return or exchange.

prescription warranty

Prescription eyewear are covered by a lifetime, 1-time replacement warranty that covers manufacturer and coating defects. Unfortunately, prescription eyewear are NOT covered for scratches or damage from misuse. Warranty redemptions must be for the same prescription as the original order.

Exchanges

We guarantee satisfaction!

We stand behind our quality and customers. At any time during our 60-day guarantee period, you can request a return or exchange of your sunglasses for any reason. In the case of exchanging for a higher priced item, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in cost.Any exchange outside of the 60-day guarantee period will count against the warranty policy and may only be used on a product of the same or lesser value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If the product has been discontinued, you will be offered a replacement of the same or lesser value.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send an email to notify you that your refund is processing. At that time, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 60 days after delivery. If for some reason, your item is received and a refund is not approved, customer service will notify you by email.

Fuse Sunglasses issues refunds to the original payment method only. In the case that the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.

Late or Missing Refunds

The length of processing time for your refund will vary. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company and/or bank. There may be some additional processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

We offer Free US domestic shipping for all orders.

All returns and exchanges should be shipped to Fuse Lenses, 1686 N Belcher Rd, Clearwater FL 33765, United States. Please do not ship anything back before contacting customer service at support@fusesunglasses.com.

All return and exchange labels are provided by customer service for U.S. orders only. If you ship the order back with your own postage, those shipping fees will be non-refundable. We are unable to provide International labels at this time.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any prepaid shipping labels for these locations. Return shipping costs will always be the buyer’s responsibility. If we find Fuse Sunglasses at fault, we will expedite an exchange - no return necessary. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with their purchase.
