FAQs

Returns and Exchanges

What is the return policy?

All sunglasses come with a 60-day Money-Back Guarantee included in the No-Nonsense Warranty.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@fuselenses.com. Please include your order number and frame information.

For prescription orders, we include a 60-day vision and satisfaction guarantee! If you notice your prescription is inaccurate or you are unhappy with the sunglasses within that time frame, we will remake your eyewear one time at no charge to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards and items returned more than 60-days from the purchase date are ineligible for returns. For items sold as part of a bundle, a partial return may be granted. The refund amount will be equal to the value of the returned product, based on the discounted “bundle” price paid. Fuse Sunglasses monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

What is the Exchange policy?

We offer 60-day exchanges included in our No-Nonsense Warranty. If you aren’t in love with the fit, contact us and we’ll happily exchange for a different pair.

What is the warranty on sunglasses?

We want to keep things simple and our customers happy. That's why each pair of sunglasses come with our No-Nonsense Warranty. Learn more on our warranty page.

Where is my refund?

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send an email to notify you that your refund is processing. At that time, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 60 days after delivery. If for some reason, your item is received and a refund is not approved, customer service will notify you by email.

Fuse Sunglasses issues refunds to the original payment method only. In the case that the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Prescription eyewear processing takes about 10-15 business days. Then, just 3-5 more business days for your new glasses to be shipped to you! Expedited shipping or processing for prescription glasses is not available at this time.

Where does my order ship from?

What is Pupillary Distance (PD) and how do I measure it?

Pupillary Distance (PD), is the distance between the center of one pupil to the center of the other pupil, measured in millimeters. This number is usually on your prescription given to you by your doctor, but if for some reason you don’t have it, it is easy to measure yourself.

How do I measure PD?

  1. Grab a ruler that has measurements in millimeters. Grab a friend to help you out or do this in front of a mirror. Remove your glasses if you have any on.
  2. Close your right eye and align the ruler’s zero to the center of your left pupil.
  3. Open your right eye and close your left. Read the millimeter line that matches with the center of your right pupil with the other end of the ruler still centered on your left pupil.
  4. This number, the distance between your left pupil and your right pupil, is your pupillary distance.

If you input your prescription manually, you can click "Measure my PD" and our online application will measure your PD for you.

Do you accept insurance for prescription?

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time.
We are able to accept FSA/HSA payment cards.
