I bought some prescription lenses for my old costas and bought the glacier mirror blue lenses . My prescription was correct and the workmanship on the lenses was perfect!

I've had my Costas for 3 plus years, but didnt wear them much do to requiring prescription to see clearly. Decided to treat my self for my birthday this year. Whole process was simple. Lenses are awesome. Even help driving in FL rain on the highways, allows me to see further. Best thing is the anti glare and passer by LED headlights are a non issue. They even look like they came from the factory.

I ordered the Amp glacier mirror lenses for a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses that had become scratched over the last few years due to a low quality lense that was used. The Amp lense from Fuse has been the best lense I have ever had in a pair of prescription sunglasses. They look like they came from the factory this way and the clarity is amazing.
